Write to the desk
This page explains what is worth writing about, what happens to a correction, and what the desk cannot answer.

What is worth writing about
A figure that looks wrong is worth writing about. Each chart on this site is a real stretch of price history, taken from named public sources and republished with the date it was read. If a number does not match what the source shows, or if the source has moved or closed, write to editor@candleguideph.pages.dev. The desk will check the figure against the source named under the chart, and it will correct the page if the source shows something different.
A question about how the measurement is taken is also worth writing about. The measurement is simple: open a named public source, read the price history, and mark the candles or lines that match the written rule. Every chart is a real stretch of history, not an invented example. If the method is unclear, or if a reader believes a chart does not follow the written rule, the desk wants to know. A clear question helps the desk improve the explanation on the page.
What happens to a correction
A correction is dated. When a reader points out a figure that is wrong, the desk checks the source. If the source shows a different number, the page is changed to match the source, and the correction is marked with the date it was made. The desk does not silently edit a figure; the change is visible so that a reader can see what was fixed and when.
The correction becomes part of the page's record. The desk keeps no separate log of corrections beyond the dated note on the page itself. If a source has moved, the link under the chart is updated. If a source has closed, the note says so and points to the nearest available public record. A reader who reports a wrong figure is not named, and the desk does not publish the reader's message.
What the desk cannot answer
The desk cannot give personal investment advice. It cannot tell a reader whether to buy, sell, or hold any instrument, and it cannot recommend a broker, a platform, or a trading strategy. The figures on this site describe what things cost and what patterns appear in price history; they are not a recommendation or an offer. No message to the desk will receive an answer that says what to do with one's own money.
The desk cannot help with a broker's account. It cannot check a reader's balance, deposits, withdrawals, or verification status with FxPro or any other broker. It cannot contact a broker on a reader's behalf, and it cannot resolve a dispute about an account. For account matters, the reader must contact the broker directly. The desk also cannot accept tips or private signals; any message offering or asking for such material is ignored.
How the site is funded
The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader opens an account at FxPro after following that link, the site is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This affiliate relationship is the only way the site earns money; it does not sell subscriptions, accept donations, or run paid promotions.
The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. The affiliate link does not change the figures on this site, and the desk does not write about a broker because of the affiliate relationship. If a figure is wrong, the correction process is the same whether the page mentions a broker or not.
